Crusty Fish




4 oz. fish
1 egg
l-2 Tbsp. water
1/4-1/3 C nut flour
Pepper
Split egg straight into compact pan and beat egg. Add h2o to egg and beat each together. Give a small pepper to egg mix and beat this. Put nut flour on the plate. Dip fish inside egg combination, and drop moistened fish inside nut flour. Coating fish with flour on each edges. 
For thicker coating, repeat above process. If egg is actually remaining, add nut flour till your own batter is actually solid. Create a pancake out from it and put it in the exact same pot along with fish.
