Paleo Meatloaf


Meatloaf is extremely forgiving, you can include or even take away your preferred elements before you discover your own ideal mixture. We omitted the actual “tomato paste” element- & didn’t skip this, however lots of people vow because of it. It’s as much as you….



1 kg Ground Beef & Pork
1 Carrot (large) grated
1 Onion (large) minced
1 or 2 Celery Stalks- minced or just the leafy celery tops
50 g Almond Flour (I use my hand blender & grind up some toasted almonds)
2 Eggs
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
Worcestershire
(Optional: Mustard)
Salt & Pepper
Cook in a 175*C oven for an hour or so (it will be deliciously brown & pulling away from the sides of the pan).
